Corona Virus Update

Fields End Water is open for business and staying calm as usual and will remain open unless we are requested to close by the British Government. 

Amid the developing coronavirus situation, I wanted to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking as a responsible holiday park at this time. 

The health of both our customers and our team members is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of Public Health England, The World Health Organisation and British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH & HPA) Home introducing measures to minimise the impact to public health.

Cleaning in our communal areas and lodges has been intensified, our team have been requested to regularly sanitise their hands, and to maintain distance when working with guests, including encouraging guests to use contactless payments and regularly wash their hands too, where possible.

We are asking people where possible to use the facilities of their own caravan or motorhome, rather than use the facilities provided.

 We are out in the countryside, and the site is well spread out, no guests need to come within a meter of each other, especially if they are able to use their own facilities.

 Our cancellation policy is unchanged at this moment in time.
